I had a 1968 Ford LTD station wagon with a vacuum canisterunder the hood. Headlight doors and heater/defroster ducts were vacuum controlled. I always had to laugh at the concept, since the dictionary defines vacuum as "a space entirely devoid of matter".
How do you store nothing? :)
