Transfer case install question. Putting my 1951 B-3-PW back together. Question on transfer case to truck frame mounting. Do the bolts get installed with the bolt head towards the cab and the next nut below the frame? Second question: does the large washer with the tube welded to it get installed with the washer against the frame or does it get installed from the bottom with the washer on the bottom side of the transfer case mount?
