I've got a 318-NP435-NP200 in my 6x6 and it has plenty of power for driving around town and charging up the mountain canyons. And that's at 5000-9000 ft elevation, which translates to 20-35% reduction in power due to elevation. If I were you, I'd rebuild the 360 and enjoy the truck and the savings.
