Go to page 325 of the PIF at the top of the forum for instruction/guidance replacing the weatherstrip. The eyelet grommet can be purchased and they are slightly shorter but work. They are used as spacers so you don't over screw into the weatherstrip, so if you're replacing the weatherstrip, take them out of the old part.
