The C-141852 crosses over to a GM-141852, same bearing which both cross over to the J261648. Here is a GM Dealer that shows one in stock.

PIF has the max wear limit for the bearing surfaces so mic the input shaft roller surface and main shaft roller surface to make sure the shafts are good, if not, buy new shafts. Also check the pin at the top of the shift lever tower, if it's loose chances are the shift lever is worn and both should be replaced. When worn they cause a lot of rattling.
