The bell house casting number you list is for a Dodge
1996 NV-4500. Of course the bell does not line up on the
B3.9. You need a Dodge/Cummins Flywheel Housing Adapter for B3.9/B5.9 Cummins Engine. I have no idea
what injection pump you have. If you would like some help
