This is the 9” wrench from my early WDX for reference/confirmation.
I never suspected this was original to the truck. My truck was a service truck and came with a clutter of miscellaneous parts and tools.
I always thought it was junk and nearly discarded it. I will now cherish that it was original to the truck!
