I can't say. I have only ever found wrenches that say "Auto" on them in one form or another under the seats of old Power-Wagons.
I am sending two more pages showing tools to t137.com. The first (pictured here) is from a Canadian Dodge Fargo Part List, WM-4217, dated 1948. This list does not include the Power-Wagon, but it does show drawings of the tools available for other trucks. Notice how the handle of the "AUTO WRENCH" has that unique "Coke Bottle" shape for and enhanced grip - same as shown in the Power-Wagon specific Parts List and what I have found on the three "Auto" wrenches I have.
For reference I am also providing a direct link below to another page I have placed on t137.com. This is the Group 20 Tools page from the 1946 Dodge Power Wagon (Preliminary) parts list for model WDX (D-11091) issued December of 1945.
