Cab remount Assembly order

Hi, my 66FFPW is currently sitting with motor+tranny+Transfer case installed, cab off and all pedals and levers and steering column/gearbox out. Will be putting in new cab mounts as well. Fenders and running boards are also off.

What is the best/easiest order in which to reassemble these parts? I will have extra people to help lift the cab on, but no overhead hoist etc. Thx
