Steve, the Survival Guide is currently out of print. A lot of the part numbers for the engine parts changed on me, and I didn't feel comfortable selling them with wrong number.
I started working on updating the numbers last year, but my parts guy "helper" has disappeared and I'll have to do it myself. It really wouldn't take much to get it done, just a little bit of focus.
I'll get started on it in November. Maybe I'll have something ready after Christmas.
