dodge part number crossover

My parts manual gives original Dodge part numbers. Is there a crossover to a modern number? Currently looking for a fuel pump 1752-461 or 2275574. 1957,1958 Dodge 315/325 V8. All the ones on the sites I have looked at will not cross, and the ones I have found have the short actuating arm for a Plymouth V8. The spacer to use a 318 pump also does not work. Any wisdom will be appreciated.
