I Googled "airport limos", "military staffcars", and looked at a couple hundred pictures and never saw this one. I did see one with similar paint scheme.
I Googled "AI limos" and the image came right up. Most of the references were on Facebook, which I don't use either, and several seemed to be in some sort of Arabic looking script.
