First, I open the image in full size(from the facebook page right click on the image and select 'open image in new tab', the facebook zoom feature doesn't get you to full size).
Here's a few for me, none of them an absolute indicator but in totality I say this is AI produced by a user who has gone through prompting iterations to get this in the end. Possibly a hybird of AI follow-ed by human touch-up.
The license plates look like classic AI screw-ups.
The driver's side window. What's going on there?
All of the glass is distorting what's behind it.

The roof rack appears to use the rain gutter clamp method but none of the ties/straps clamp the gutter. Maybe they decided to drill holes instead.
