Looks like a 36 front end, VF fenders and a job rated cab without rockers. I like the rear door configuration.
Given the plane is probably on a tarmac could explain no tracks.
Not sure about the lugs, either.
I would think we'd have already known about a truck like this, but new trucks pop up all the time..
