Hi. I have several 1940 VF 1.5 ton trucks with dual rear wheels. All of them take 20" rims. I have extras. The key is to match the rim widths to the tire size. The narrow rims take 7.00 or 7.50x20. The wider ones can take 8.25 to 9.00x20. I have some really wide dual rims that will even take 10.00x20. BTW, I have had a 1947 WF31 and it took 20" rims also.
