Like others have stated, you need to put in a hydroboost. A vacuum booster will not fit. Dodge had an option for 2 remote hydro vac units to boost these units. I went with a vacuum booster at first and was not happy at all with it. I then switched to a hydroboost and will never go back. It was an easy install for the hydroboost and master cylinder. In my case it took some trial and error to get the power steering pump into my carryall with the V8. I had clearance issues with the radiator shroud. I solved it but you can hardly get the belt between the shroud and .

I would suggest considering making a ā€œLā€ bracket that the mounts the hydroboost to the frame at the correct distance behind your current peddle mount. A piece of 4ā€ x 3/8ā€ angle iron bolted to the frame should do it. I would weld angle brackets to the ends of the angle iron to stop any flex. You will most likely need to adapt a push rod. You will have an issue putting a hydro boost in its upright position as it will not clear the frame due to its nitrogen accumulator. However, the unit can be mounted upside down which will solve that. The only thing then is to have fluid lines made to fit.
