Just use your table saw
Run tour boards down the rip fence with blade set to depth of deep grove with fence set to proper width
Build a high fence on your rip fence, set your blade heath of routed section n depth to fence to remove to proper depth, using a father board up +/- 2 " from table deck to keep board true to blade n fence
