What's near Pheonix

I will be in Pheonix next weekend (2/15-2/19). I would like to spend some time looking for some of these rust free western cars we here in the midwest dream about. Can anyone recommend places to look. Also I welcome recommendations on interesting attractions (military, muscle cars, and of course PWs) Last does anyone know where a person can rent a Harley for a days ride. I will be staying at the Pointe Hilton. Thanks for the advice
