galding between dis-similar metals, especially aluminum can be rather dicey. I dont recommend heating the casting as aluminum is a natural heat sink and will absorb heat faster than steel, thus the bolts will expand faster than the aluminum. The best bet is to drill out carefully and re-tap to save threads. when assembling, apply a generous amount of graphite anti seize grease to the bolts. have fun!
