Never seen that done before. Don't know about the open hole and the sanding that has been done around it on the upper left pillar. 2 holes by the windshield on the outside too that looks like it has plastic plugs shoved in. At first I thought maybe it had a spotlight or something but holes wouldn't be right in my mind.
