I have witnessed it with wheels off ground. Tires are out of round. When new shaving might have fixed them, but likely they all 6 need replaced. 11 x 20. tube type bias (or none) are expensive, hard to find & then even big truck shops shy away from split rings. Switching to solid wheels/tires is best option but not cheap either. So I'm at a stalemate for now.
