The problem has nothing to do with the kit.
The problem is ethanol gas collects water and
Separates from the petroleum gas leaving a gooey mess.
Just like Bio-Diesel does.
only way to store it is find non ethanol gas
Add stabilizer, or drain it.
Even stabilized fuel is only good for about 12 months
Your going to have to pull the side cover and spray and tap on the valve.
You could pull the plug and spray the valve stem best you can and keep running it to see if breaks free.
