That is what I was using in a shop two weeks ago. Graham has a beam stretched out on top of his trusses. We went that route after his cherry picker engine hoist tried to kill us. A bracket failed and the engine fell down onto a pallet - glad our fingers were not under it or got hit by the ram shooting back. 7.3 diesel engines are heavy, even more so when the trannie is still attached.
