I don't know who's truck that is. But I can tell you that mechanical governor is not functional. It has an a solid rod connection where a telescopic connection is supposed to be.

I have seen bronze/brass pillow blocks, pillow block covers, and various frame brackets, but I have never seen a bronze/brass belt pulley.
