I spent a good part of the day drilling the insulator and cutting the TC mount and having one insulator, bolt, and mount attached that will be connected to the engine. The M37 TC mount totally isolates the bolt and spacer which is good to prevent drivetrain noise. It will also make it easy when insulators must be changed. The image below the insulator/mount shows the cradle that will be built to prevent the two sides mounts flexing inward with up and down movement of the vehicle, also adds strength to the mount, second file shows arrows for a side piece that will be attached for additional strength.
