Titan T-Hawk 373 are NDT tires made in USA. Available through a lot of places listed on-line. I bought mine from a tire business that mainly caters to agriculture.
Be aware, the image shown on most sites is NOT of the T-Hawk 373 NDT tread, but rather of the NDCC tires with rounded edges on the tread. Although the sites show the wrong image, the T-Hawk 373 IS a NDT in size 9.00x16.
