There are a lot of guys buying these trucks to flip for a buck and most buyers have no knowledge of the truck, they just want one, so it's a very easy racket to make a buck. Clean some grease off, throw some paint on and you can claim a "restored" truck to the buyer. Unless you're like most of us who have or have had a PW, and gained some knowledge, they all look the same to most buyers. Yes, unless they know someone that has knowledge of these trucks, they will get taken. I don't know how many times I've looked at trucks and looking at a grease covered engine, the seller states - it's been rebuilt. So for the buyer, do the research, to gain the knowledge, to make a good decision, about a truck claimed to be restored to original condition. Otherwise, any old truck will do.
