The model tag in the photos is a 63 to 66 version. Obviously a 230 engine since the radiator is not pushed forward.
My take. It has a replacement cab from a 63 or 64 truck. The original color (firewall) doesn't match with the hoods or doors so it was pieced together truck. The frame is a C-3 (1956) to 1960. It has the newer front shock mounts and it has a NP420 trans. I can't tell if it was a 6 or 12 volt ruck as I can not see the amp gauge. You will need to look at the frame serial number to know when it was built.
I wouldn't buy this truck without a full inspection. It has a lot of rust in the cab and doors. I wonder what the frame condition is. I also suspect a lot of rust. I bet someone found a truck and thought they could make a lot of money off it. My guess, at best it's a parts truck for the winch and driveline. There may be a few other usable parts.
