Here are descriptions for some of the harnesses from the Master Parts List:
#597934 Body Wiring Assembly for T112 All body styles.
#920320 Chassis wiring extension (lower) for T211 Carry-all (WC17) & Panel (WC19).
#927101 Chassis Wiring Assembly (Upper) for T214 Weapons Carrier (WC51/WC52), Reconnaissance (WC56/WC57), Emergency Repair (WC60), Telephone Maintenance (WC59), and T223 Personnel & Cargo (WC62/WC63). All with blackout drive lights.
Numbers 913399, 930318 & 1089598 were not listed.
I think all the trucks listed above had a junction block on the firewall, which connected the cab & engine harness to the rest of the wiring on the truck. Perhaps the "upper" harness refers to the wiring in and on the cab, and the "lower" harness to the wiring on the rest of the truck.
