Rear Hub Stuck on Spindle Help

Hi All,

Was able to get drum off, both nuts are off(although they fought me, spindle threads will need a die) and now trying to get hub off but it wont budge. Have done all of the usual tricks, set up a large slide hammer and gave it a dozen heavy pulls but not budging. Need some more ideas. Appreciate any help!

Also need direction to the proper die size!
