the dodge is 6 holes on 7 1/4" circle (centerline of studs) and studs are 5/8" dia with standard lugnut chamfer, i believe the isuzu will be metric dimensions and will not work. why change em? the slock ring type are very suitable...or you can get new tubeless rims made by stockton wheel and others...
