So the inner & outer housings are huge & they’re obviously cast aluminum. The inner housing also however it’s wrapped with steel, I guess for strength. The housings are huge heavy & strong. So if you wanted to build a pair of these you’d need to machine the 3 internal parts plus the 2 levers, then cast or CNC these 2 housings & voila.
