What are all the patch panels from? Rust repair or equipment mounts. You would think that they would have at least primed the patches. It looks, to me, like there may be significant rust potential in this truck especially since in it in Minnesota. The owner says it has been inside its whole life. The paint conditions suggests otherwise. Starting bid is way too high on this one.
