E7S1 carb rebuilding questions

So I've watched videos on youtube and I think I'm going to try rebuilding my carb. Is there a specific brand or kit you guys recommend? Are there any tips/ tricks I should be aware of? What is the best way to clean it once it is all apart but before I start the rebuild? Thank you all in advance!
