hinge rivets

Forgive me if I have asked this before.

Does anyone know a way to remove the hinge rivets that is the least likely to enlarge the holes in the hinge plate? I don't care what happens to the door skin sheet metal holes because that is what I am replacing; the lower inner door skin.
