nice plow truck! it looks ike its getting a workout finally! as for brakes, you dont need to flush out yearly, just bleed a little off each wheel cyl, thats where the water will gather and if your boots and cups are good very little water will ever get into the cyliners, the master is pretty sealed and is out of the weather where its located. alcohol flush will clear the entire system and will evaporate when the sil fluid is introduced, the only result of having dot 3 residue in the system is it will gel up and a little bit will not hurt anything...it will eventually dissipate in time, it will not prevent brakes from working
