inner door skin

My driver's side inner door skin is rusted out in 4 places and the metal is fatigue cracked at one of the hinges and at the door latch, so I am thinking it may be best to replace the whole inner door skin. Does anyone where to purchase a whole inner door skin? So far I have been unable to locate any place that makes them and sells them. It seems they only make the bottom 6 or 8 inches.
