A couple of the the surplus dealers in North Carolina may have some (Delk's in Asheboro comes to mind, as does AB Linn in Salisbury). I'll ask at each when I make my rounds this weekend.
My folks live over in Madison County, VA. We should get together next time I get up there for a visit...
