The chassis looks alot like something from the former Soviet Union's arsenal of tracked vehicles. If I were to venture a guess I would say maybe some type of Combat Support or Combat Service Support vehicle or possibly a recovery vehicle of some type. The cab looks alot like a Power-Wagon cab. If you don't mind my asking, at what military base was it at? Robert
