RDavis How long has it been since it was run?If has been a while you probably need to check the points.Many times I have found that they will glaze over due to moisture.Clean the points with a piece of fine emery cloth and try spinning it again.Also while spinning you should hear an audible click coming from the magnito itself.This is a starting impulse required to start the Engine.Sometimes the drive impulse coupling becomes gummed up therefore not letting the mag go into impulse start.This problem can also occur if your cranking RPM is too slow.Hope this helps.let me know if it don't and we'll check a couple of other areas Jim in OK.
