It's a Clark Direct Drive 5 Speed transmission used in Dodge trucks B3V, B4V, C1V8, C1V8A, and C-3V from 1939 - 1949. It does have a 4th & 5th clutch hub which indicates those gears may have been synchronized. Gears and gear shafts are still available if you choose to rebuild it.

From 1950 - 1956, the Clark 290V (direct) and 290VO (OD) were used in Dodge trucks.
