Wheel question

My front axle is a Dana 70 (1969)
The brake drums are 14". Drum is Budd # 61189
This truck came with 16" lock ring type wheels 6 on 7.25" coined. I just discovered that the front wheels were jammed on to the drums. The wheels hit the drums before they seat onto the hub. What wheels do I need??
