The Tornado 230 with overhead cam/valves replaced the Hurricane engine and was manufactured in Argentina. Good engine, lot of power and some people didn't care for them. The gasket between the block and front engine plate was about an 1/8 inch short at the valve cover so if you didn't use silcone to seal, it leaked. As long as you knew how to adjust the Holley two barrel carb., it would start right up and run fine. Stock horse power was 140 and if you installed performance parts, you could get up to 400 horses using no supercharger or nitro. See this link
