If they are the old leather type, they are a B.....H to get out w/o messing up the rail with nicks. One of these tools may help, the 727 shifter shaft is 13/16 instead of the TC200 3/4 shifter shaft, so it might work. Otherwise, pull your shafts from the rest position, in other words, pull the clutch shaft out to engage the clutch, then attempt to take out the seal. This way if you nick it, it will only leak in 4x4, same for high/low shaft. If you have a mig/tig welder you can try welding a pipe to them, nut on opposite end, and bolt to pull them out. Might be time to freshen up the TC.
