Cab Noise

I am trying to reduce cab noise and noticed that the PTO is touching the pedal bracket. I loosened the engine mounts and slid it towards the passenger and took it for a drive but after a few bumps the engine was right back where i started. I tried a piece of thing rubber but it just fell out.

Any suggestions?
