The W300 has a hydraulic Ram assist when equipped. They’re not gonna have one at OReilys. Pretty sure the D300 unit is different. The Ram may be the same if that’s what you’re looking for. I’d try the Sweptline forum.
Those power steering setups are not common & fairly difficult to get.
