difference in cabs

The cab in this photo seems to be in much better shape than mine. Mine is a 1947 Flat Fender Power Wagon, and I noticed that the fuel filler is located in the cab sheet metal on this one. Does that mean it came from another Dodge truck and not a Power Wagon? My real question is whether or now the cab in this auction will probably fit on my truck and with all my cab parts?
