I removed and planning to sell my Hiniker V Plow from my '69 F350. I am replacing it with my old 8' Meyer commercial plow.
There is a chain from a pivoting arm on the pump that drops down to connect to the plow. There are 2 choices for where to lift the plow blade. These are about 8" apart.
I think the one farther away from the pivot point (closer to the blade) would be an easier lift for the pump. Or does it really make any difference?
