As Vaughn said, "Nope".
I would like to add, please, please, please do not try to remove just the radiator cowl to get to those nuts. I have seen numerous trucks over the years where someone had either torched big holes in the rear vertical face of the cowl on either side of the radiator, or bent the heck out of the sheet metal, all in order to get inside to unbolt it from the side panels. That quickly ruins a cowl and all because they were probably trying to remove the radiator.
The correct way to remove the Dodge emblem, as well as remove the radiator, is to first remove the hood and both front fenders. One can then unbolt and tilt the whole radiator, side panels, grill, and cowl forward slightly as a complete assembly in order to remove the fan blades. Once these are out of the way, and the radiator hoses are removed, the whole assembly is raised straight up and off of the truck. Lay it on a clean blanket or cardboard on a flat floor with the grill down. The radiator and fan shroud is unbolted from the assembly, snaked out of the filler hole, and lifted off. You can now access the nuts on the back of the Dodge emblem studs.
It sounds like a lot of work but it is not bad. The worst part is the hood. One person can lift it off alone, but it is easier with two people. The best part of all of this is when you put everything back together you will (of course) be putting anti-seize on all of the screw threads and chasing the threads in the captive nuts. This will make the job go twice as fast the next time.
After doing this a couple of times you will get good at it and find that you are able to complete the whole project on a Saturday morning after sleeping in late and still be able to take the significant other out for a drive in the Power-Wagon to get a burger for lunch.
