Well that explains a lot. I could not figure out the purpose of the angle iron jutting out what appeared to be the wrong side if for the purpose of attachment to the frame. Is the kit linked on Vaughn's post an addition? Or is it a replacement? I will look up some photos with show the front fender and try to figure out what they originally looked like.
